Our Athlete Classes focus on athlete specific mobility, dynamic movement, speed and agility training and either functional, strength or power phase training. These classes are modified to each athlete’s ability level and made functional to their respective sport.
Adult Training sessions are based around daily workouts scripted by one of our strength coaches. Each client will have their own modification for each exercise based on their respective ability level. All structured workouts focus on mobility, speed and agility and either functional strength, circuit conditioning or power plyometrics workouts.
The Performance Training Center accommodates team training for all sports, from youth sports to the professional level. Team training is a great way to build team chemistry and allows athletes to improve together. We offer customized team workouts to fit your sport and get the results you desire.
